Thanks to the generous efforts of Erin Kodama’s web design team, the Urban FIRE website is live and active.
This coincides with the start of Urban FIRE 2017 (for the Gig Economy). With a full class of spunky students ranging in age from 20 to 70, I love the immense diversity of our class! This rainbow of backgrounds, cultures and experiences is how great ideas are born, built and enhanced making Urban FIRE such a creative environment for successful business development.
From our perennial student, Leonard Merriweather, continually honing his skills to USA Exporter of the Year, Kenny Lim to popular restaurateur Sal Bednarz and the East Bay’s singing sensation, Lady Sunrise, this is an eclectic gathering of amazing talent, all here to gain and contribute to a stronger understanding of entrepreneurship in the Gig Economy.
What I love most of all is the sharing, bonding and connections that makes Urban FIRE not just a class on entrepreneurship but a venue for determined change-makers to take on the challenges of a life worth living.
I’ll be telling you about the insights I gain from this great collection of daredevils.
